Not Going At All Well

Having a rough trot in getting my self together. Went away for the weekend and I still cannot get back into the swing. My "Scrap Room "is in a worse mess than it ever was. I just seem to get nowhere fast in my sorting.
I had a great "Sister" weekend ,time went too fast. Must get some photos printed to give me something to scrap and have a laugh. I tried to upload a layout it went but the link back to me is not right.,must have pressed the wrong button. I will have to practice on that. Still trying to do too many things at the same time
must slow down...

A Card.. MoJo Monday Sketch

 

Not too sure of the quality of this pic at all but I think you can see the colours ok & the sketch I followed is from MoJo Monday Sketch challenge..I enjoyed making this card  . The challenge really get the brain working on trying to make a simple sketch into something beautiful. Some I've looked at are just so lovely..

Hope I've followed the sketch okay, sometimes I can get carried away with my work.
It seems that every time my sisters & I meet up & visit MUM, I take a pic of Lu on the couch chatting with her..

I will have to really try not to be impatient in taking pics of my layouts, still does not look good .
A bit of shadow I can see now.

Bad start for the day

out of bed cannot wake up properly up to take grand daughter to school , called in for a minute to a friend to arrange a lunch time[having lunch in town] home have breakfast , put a load of washing on ,now it's almost time to go to pick my friends up to go to lunch. WHERE DOES THE TIME GO/? or am I getting too slow, or fiddle around in between like writing on this blog..I'm having my breakfast whilst doing it so I'm not really wasting my time am I ? Must be off back after lunch.....

Late again

I seem to have lost some days again. I was going to have some layouts posred  but I,ve been here there and everywhere and my little camera has died and I cannot find my tiny one . I've been cleaning up but I know it's in a safe place as I cannot find it.Went to the Zoo yesterday a BIG day I've not been for years . I was amazed to see how beautiful the the grounds were. Just so many places and  animals to see we did not get around all of the area , was quite a hot day  I  was exhausted by the time we got home . Having walked around most of 3hrs. I could hardly sit when I did I found it hard to get moving again.
It was at the zoo that my camera died , I managed a few photos mainly of the snakes , lizards & turtles.
Must be off again to bed with my book. Had a scrapbook day today with our little group the time goes too fast when we have our days as we all seem to get on with whatever we  are doing & talk at the same time have a grizzle about this & that in all a great time together.We meet twice a month. I'm off now a cuppa & to bed ......

I cannot think right now

I'm so tired , been so busy re arranging my craft room & playing with my house work . I've not yet got my hoard in place yet. I'll get to that in the morning [I hope]  I've made another card just for fun but I must get on with a scrap page that I have in mind . I feel I would like to do something using Orange for some unknown reason maybe I seen some bits & peices [paper flowers ribbon & the like whilst sorting. I will post it up when I've got it together. I must go to bed before I fall asleep at my desk. .....

I will have to get more practice on my photo taking. As it was raining outside I tried taking it under shelter hence the blade of a plant.This can be for birthday, get well or just to say Hi..

 thought I would incorporate this card in the challenge design and enter it.The colours were for bues and white I'll have to check on that to make sure I' ve got it right.

getting behind again

I had a bust few days I really could do with some absolute ME TIME .I would like to have a tidy scrap area & to be able to just play in there all day answering to NO ONE..I know that will not happen. so i will make the most of my time in the morning to tidy my area ready for play when I can .
  I have a birthday card to make for my daughter [cannot believe she will be 40]  & another colour challeng I hope to have a go at . I must put myself to bed asI'm so tired ...I'll settle back with my book for a minute as I think that's all before I'll be asleep.

 Following a sketch from bizzy becs store blog. I like to have a go at these challenges, keeps me sane....I will have to improve my photography , must practice and find a good place to take them to show the true colours  tho this one is not too bad colour wise,just a bit shiny....

Lost in days

It is now the 6th of March.. cannot believe it !! I really don't know what I do with my time. I've tried listing as what I actually do but couldn't keep up. must be so busy doing 100 things at the same time and getting nowhere.
 Thought I would spend some time getting some clothes sorted but my mind was on something else I have a cardigan almost finished I picked that up started to knit then thought of something else.  Had a page I was thinking of so I decided to tidy up my scrap area but found I was into the page before I knew it was lunch time I did do a couple of wash loads and hung that out but after lunch I was just so tired I laid down and on the bed to finish off my book which I did and then semi dozed for an hour or two. Got up made a carrot cake put some veg. soup on for dinner had dinner cleand up well ..dishes are still on the drainer,[I will get another dishwasher I seem to always have dishes on the sink ] I will have to get organised my craft room is everywhere, as everything else. I feel I'm running out of time...I will put some of my work up ,I will I will...
Must go to bed now as I'm seeing double, so tired..Goodnight..
