Sketches With a Twist Oct.Challenge.

My take on the October challenge . The twist being using Lots of PINK in Honour of Breast Cancer.

I have managed the PINK okay hope the sketch as well. This is a photo of ME at 3months old.1942.

I thought how else can one use "LOTS" of PINK other than with a baby girl pthot.

I  thought long  before I could manage this particular mood board , nothing really grabbed me.

I spent quite a bit of time checking out just what inspired the design team & others. I was finally persuaded by the colours , nostalgia & sketch which I have partly followed I got carried away as usual..

This photo is of me , actually a school photo [ one of many ] from when I worked at the local Secondary College. Eons ago.

Had to do it . This photo has been crying out to be scrapped I kept putting it aside it kept coming up I have always had in mind to use Dr Seuss " I Wish that I had Duck Feet" so here it is. Tried to follow the sketch as best as possible from what I chose to put on my layout. My grandson all dressed for playing in the rain I just love the look on his face..

I was not going to do any challenges for awhile, but I kept checking scrapbook boutique blog and was not seeing many entries so thought why not I have the perfect [not so good quality photo it was sent to me by phone] but the colour was just right. . So the brain went into overdrive this is my entry .
  My youngest niece ,, in this photo she just reminds me of a little bird in a nest....

A Scrappy Layout. [literal]

I've decided to forgo challenges for awhile,  will still be looking tho & when I get the urge I will enter. I will just for now concentrate on using my odd bits & pieces that I have on my desk in various containers & on the floor of my space. This layout I did using some of the bits. A challenge for myself.  
 Brianna loved her bath anytime of the day it helped calm her as she used to get angry at times , this was the best way to deal with it & she would end up smiling & happy again.
