Scrapbook Boutique July Colour Challenge

Another great challenge, I like colour challenge even when in stipulates a theme , that then makes even more so a challenge. I was fortunate to have a great photo of my eldest grand daughter taken early this year whilst she was in London .I really had to work on the snow flakes tho until I remembered I had a punch only small but it did the job. She really does look cold.
